Saeed R. Khan

Saeed has over 39 years of experience in Industry and Public Accounting.

In the last couple of years Saeed served as Financial Consultant to a publicly traded company to restructure the Operations of the company.  He worked directly with the CEO of the company in that role.

Prior to that he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a manufacturing Company and a Real Estate Company in the Chicago area. While CFO Saeed managed the overall operations of the companies, including Production Management, Accounting, Property Management, Human Resources and the IT functions of the company.  He also served as the Vice President of Finance for a Commercial real estate Company in the River North area.
While in public accounting Saeed worked on with various firms including Checkers Simon and Rosner (now McGladrey &Pullen), Shepard, Schwartz and Harris and S.R. Khan& Associates( which merged into Clifton Gunderson, a regional firm.  While at Clifton Saeed led the Healthcare Group at Clifton Gunderson. While in public accounting Saeed worked on varied industries. His clients included physicians, home builders, contractors, real estate developers, distributors, manufacturers, consulting and backroom support firms and retail businesses.

Saeed graduated from the Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology.
 

Sami R. Khan

Sami earned his B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in 2016.  He is currently working as a Financial Analyst for Transunion Company while also working with Apax Advisors as a consultant. He has worked part time in the  manufacturing industry as a Financial Analyst while attending the school.  He was involved in Financial Projections and Forecast helping the the CFO of the company. He also assisted in the Supply Chain function the company.
